Welcome to Harrogate Brigantes Walking Group
Harrogate Brigantes Walking Group meets every second Monday of the month. We not only enjoy each other’s company but take full advantage of some of the best walking country around. We’re always looking for new members and can assure you of the warmest of welcomes.
About the Walking Group
Our monthly walks give us the opportunity to explore the local countryside. North Yorkshire is blessed with particularly fine walking country and we are never short of routes. Locally there is a wealth of superb countryside. Further afield are the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorks Moors National Parks and we take advantage of them all. Walks chosen by group members are usually in the five to seven mile range but we can adapt them to suit everyone.
Benefits of Joining
Walking is generally recognised as one of the most beneficial forms of exercise. To be able to undertake it with friends amid wonderful countryside ensures it is a tonic for everyone.
